Jon Scallan, MBA/HCM, CPHQ

Jon started in healthcare over 25 years ago as an Army Combat Medic/EMT. For his entire career he has been a leader of care teams with a drive for process improvement. As a senior leader and healthcare executive, Jon has led several organizations to DNV Healthcare accreditation and ISO 9001 certification.

He has had a successful track record of building quality management systems that led to significantly improved clinical and patient experience outcomes, quality tool development that was easier to use and more efficient, led and trained many healthcare professionals and providers in RCAs and rapid cycle improvement events, and led many Joint Commission, DNV, and CMS surveys, corrective action planning, and remediations. 

Erin Wooley, RN, MSN, CENP

Managing Partner

Erin began her career as a staff nurse in an urban tertiary care hospital. Early in her career, she discovered that she was as passionate about nursing leadership as she is about patient care, and she moved into progressively increasing leadership positions. As a Director of Inpatient and Outpatient Services and as a Chief Nursing Officer, Erin has led numerous project implementations and performance improvement initiatives – some of these include organization-wide conversions of EHRs, IV pumps, IV catheter systems, and vital sign monitoring systems. Erin has also taken two organizations through initial and subsequent DNV surveys. Optimizing workflows and documentation systems so that they work for clinicians is an area of expertise.
